Siân heads our Trowbridge Conveyancing Team. She is a Paralegal Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), having achieved the CILEx Level 3 Diploma in Law and Practice and has almost a decade of experience in Residential Conveyancing.

After working in Warminster and Bristol, Siân joined BLB’s Residential Property Team in 2021. Based at our Trowbridge office, Siân deals with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including property purchases, sales, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and unregistered property (including voluntary first registrations). She prides herself on her client care and progressing transactions as smoothly and swiftly as possible.

Siân enjoys furthering her legal studies. She holds Certificates in Conveyancing, Land Law and Employment Law and will soon qualify as a CILEx Lawyer.

Away from work

In her spare time, Siân enjoys reading, science fiction and family days out.
