Olivia joined BLB as a paralegal in 2020 after working as a legal secretary and, before that, in pension administration.

She works in the busy Bath and Bradford on Avon Residential Property Team, assisting the team head, Victoria Cranwell. Olivia is also studying to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Olivia assists with transactional property matters, including residential sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title. Clients appreciate her friendly, helpful, professional manner, regular communication, and her dogged determination to achieve progress.

Away from work

When not working or studying, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends, keeping fit and spending time outdoors in the countryside.
