Emelia first joined BLB on moving to Bath from London in 1999, rejoining us in 2022. She has over 20 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.

Emelia is a valued member of the Bath and Bradford on Avon Residential Property Team, where she assists the team head, Victoria Cranwell, with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

Away from work

Away from work, Emelia enjoys spending time with her family. Most weekends find her on the touchline, cheering on her daughter, a keen hockey player. She also enjoys pottering in her garden and anything equestrian.
