As some of our readers will be aware, Resolution is the national organisation of family lawyers committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes. They are holding their second annual Family Dispute Resolution week from the 25 – 29th November, during which they will be highlighting and promoting alternatives to court for separating couples. Resolution rightly feel it is very important that members of the public considering separation or divorce are aware of the non court based options available such as mediation and collaborative law.
In its bid to empahsize the distinct advantages of using these non confrontational options, Resolution is looking for real-life stories of positive experiences of separation or divorce. Did you avoid court in your divorce or separation and would you be willing to talk about it to Resolution or a journalist so that other people can learn about the value of avoiding the stresses of court? If so, please follow this link and submit your information.
